After careful consideration, I ________________________ hereby agree in the markets of the United States of America, and all International Countries and Territories, to all of the following terms and conditions listed below:
1. I grant Models Worldwide and Angels Unlimited subsidiaries, permission to use my original biographical material to promote me Internationally on any Models Worldwide or Angels Unlimited or subsidiaries website and grant Angels Unlimited and Models World wide and subsidiaries rights to use of my photos for promotional use on the Angels Unlimited and Models Worldwide web sites and subsidiaries websites. I acknowledge that I have the right to assign, and give permission for use, to Angels Unlimited and Models Worldwide and subsidiaries the rights to use the photographs and information I provide, and indemnify and hold harmless Angels Unlimited, and Models Worldwide and subsidiaries and agents and owners of same and subsidiaries of any infringement in rights of use to such information or photographs.
2. I am at least 18 years old or have the signature of my parent or legal guardian.
3. Angels Unlimited and Models Worldwide subsidiaries does not guarantee me work or placement. I fully understand that Angels Unlimited, Models Worldwide subsidiaries are promotional companies, and not a contractual agency or agencies.
4. I understand that Angels Unlimited and Models Worldwide subsidiaries will not have any involvement in bookings and will not charge any fees or commissions should I accept any bookings.
5. For my payment, I will receive constant, world-wide exposure and promotion on the Internet for one full year, and at my option, I am able to renew my subscription, but am not obligated to renew.
6. Yearly subscriptions may be canceled but remain non-refundable.
7. It is my responsibility to provide
Angels Unlimited and Models Worldwide subsidiaries quality pictures and accurate information, and to ensure that all information and material provided does not infringe on any copyright or infringement laws recognized internationally.8.
Angels Unlimited and Models Worldwide subsidiaries reserves the right to accept, deny or cancel any subscription. All material and information provided must be ethical, legally acceptable and in good taste.9.
Angels Unlimited and Models Worldwide subsidiaries agrees to not release any information about the model client's personal address or telephone number without the model's permission. Potential agents will be directed either to the model's website or to the model's designated email address or to any designated location of the models choice.10. Under no circumstances, including negligence, errors or omissions, shall
Angels Unlimited, Models Worldwide, and subsidiaries, it's staff, or anyone else involved in creating, producing or distributing the Angels Unlimited or Models Worldwide sites and subsidiaries services be liable for any direct or indirect damages which result from the use of or inability to use the Angels Unlimited, Models Worldwide sites and subsidiaries service including, but not limited to, the accuracy of any information obtained on the Angels Unlimited, Models Worldwide subscription service.
