Health Tips

Water:  The elixir of life that nourishes and maintains every part and parcel of the human body.  Most people simply do not drink enough water.   You should drink four to eight glasses a day (depending on your activity level it could be more) and sodas, soft drinks, coffee should not be counted in that total.   Water also flushes away harmful toxins that keep you from looking fresh, young and healthy.  Best of all, in most places, water is still free so drink plenty of it.

Diet:  What should you eat for a beautiful body?   A balanced diet, yes, with all the major food groups, but keep the fat consumption low.  Although the concept is too extreme for most people, vegetarians have the right idea.  Westerners generally eat far to much meat and starches and not enough fruits and vegetables.  Skip the fast food and substitute fresh nutritious foods such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains. If you do appear to be sensitive to a particular food, cut it out of your diet.

 

General Health-Beauty Tips:

For a quick weight-loss boost, garlic and papaya tablets are a favorite of many models. You can get these tablets at the health food store.

Drink lots of water!! Water is great for healthy skin, hair, nails, and flushing out harmful toxins.

Maintaining a balanced, low fat diet, drinking plenty of water and getting sufficient sleep are the three most important things you can do to maintain a healthy and beautiful body
